INOX 2231 MN Meat Machine

• The machine has been designed for the first time by our company to comply with CE standards, considering hygiene and human health. Transmission body is aluminum casting. Gray cast iron is used to prevent oxidizing and rotting of the gearbox front cover and the seal bearing.
• The machine has 1.5 Kw 2 Hp monophase motor.
• Capacity; 250 Kg / h when used with 4,5 mm mirror
• 304 quality stainless steel sheet is used in the upper tray (meat loading chamber) and casing of the machine.
• There is a hand protection apparatus made of 304 quality stainless steel on the top tray of the machine.
• The sleeve (meat outlet chamber) of the machine, spiral (auger or ball) ring (nut) and meat entrance throat are made of 304 quality stainless steel.
• In the machine, 2 pieces of M16 stainless bolts and 2 pieces of M16 stainless steel nuts with a closed front surface are used in order to remove and install the meat outlet chamber.
• The meat outlet chamber (sleeve) of the machine can be easily removed and installed for cleaning and cleaning.
• There is a stainless steel key in the machine to remove and install the ring (nut) and also to remove and install the meat outlet chamber.
• A carrying handle is attached to the rear cover for easy transportation of the machine.
• 2 (two) contactors are used as motor protector in the machine.
• The machine has an emergency stop button for forward-back-stop and emergency situations.
• Stainless mirror and blade are used in the machine.
• All connections and equipment of meat and meat processing units in the machine are made of 304 quality stainless steel casting.
